Please be aware that the Service Contract Centre (SCC) is scheduled for decommission at midnight PDT on May 30, 2009. SCC for Indirect Resellers and Distributors (SMS3) is not impacted by this change. If you have any questions, please contact your Cisco representative.

Warranty Terms Change for Cisco Small Business Series

The warranty terms on the Cisco Small Business Series changed after the brand transition from Linksys to Cisco Small Business. Most warranties have been extended and now provide coverage over a longer time frame. The new warranty terms are specified on the Cisco website, click here.

CTMP (Cisco Technology Migration Program) has been providing rebates/upfront discounts on products purchased to replace either out-dated or competitors' equipment. Cisco Services is adding further financial incentives when customers attach Cisco Technical Services on these new products.

This promotion expires on 31 July 2010.

What does this promotion support?
Cisco Technical Services attached to new products purchased to replace either out-dated or competitor's equipment through CTMP.

What are the key conditions?
This promotion is offered to all partners. CTMP quote ID must be referenced on all orders.
