Introducing Pallav Shah
Pallav joined Westcon Group in June 2006. Having started in a sales support role, Pallav was quickly promoted to Pre-Sales, specialising in Cisco. Pallav brings to the Cisco team a wealth of knowledge having completed both a Bachelors in Engineering and a Masters in Telecommunications Networks. He is currently a CCNA and is in the process of completing his CCNP. Pallav is a true advocate for the Cisco portfolio, he says: “Cisco gives us the tools to be able to provide a top level service to our clients, their services including SMARTnet, make it easier for us to do an effective job.”
