SBCS Update
Cisco is pleased to continue our Partner training series around the Smart Business Communications System (SBCS). This series provides ongoing training updates for Partners that have completed the SBCS Technical Training Sessions. This training series will be delivered by Cisco's product management teams via WebEx
Course Objectives This session will provide an overview of new versions of Cisco Configuration Assistant (CCA) and Cisco Unity Express, and information on configuring a Key System vs. PBX mode of operation and SIP trunking services.
